Join us for a Native Plants Hike at Mequon Nature Preserve with Kristi Sherfinski!

We’ll meet at 9:00 AM in the parking lot near the main building for a two-hour, easy-paced walk focused on native plants. During the hike, you’ll learn to identify some common native species found in Wisconsin, and Kristi will share tips and tricks to help you attract more wildlife to your garden.

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. Bring your binoculars if you have one! We will have 2 extra pairs to share.

Kristi Sherfinski is the owner and founder of LANDCO2. She is a professional Landscape Architect and an Assured Wetland Delineator with extensive knowledge of wetland ecology. With a background in Botany and Landscape Architecture, Kristi brings an ecologically-based approach to designing the built environment.
